Services Provided

Digital Nexus Specialists provides Identity Architecture, DNS Remediation, and Forensic Audit services. These services are provided on a "best efforts" basis. While we aim for 100% deliverability and blacklist removal, we do not control the third-party providers (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Spamhaus) who maintain these lists.

Payments and Refunds

  • Fees: Fees are disclosed at the time of engagement and are billed via Stripe.

  • Refunds: Due to the intensive manual forensic labor involved in our "Emergency Intervention" services, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Cancellations: Recurring "Identity Sentinel" services may be canceled with 30 days' notice.

Limitation of Liability

Digital Nexus Specialists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from domain blacklisting, list decay, or technical failures of third-party mail servers. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Third-Party Compliance

Client acknowledges that Digital Nexus Specialists provides technical remediation. Success is dependent on Client's adherence to best mailing practices. We reserve the right to terminate service if the Client engages in illegal spamming activities that jeopardize our infrastructure.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
